Baltimore Crossing, a new construction condo project offering two- and three-bedroom units with presale pricing starting at $259,900, is expanding homeownership options in Cedar Park.
Towering trees, a vibrant commercial corridor and endless architectural charm make Cedar Park one of West Philly’s most desirable neighborhoods. But not everyone wants—or can afford—a sprawling three-story Victorian.
Neighborhood options for households making under $75,000/year are virtually nonexistent; empty nesters ready to simplify and downsize are forced out of their neighborhood; and tenants (who are already paying a lot) face the uncertainty of rising rents each year. There was only one two-bedroom home sold in Cedar Park in the last year. And the 10 homes that sold in the next-largest/most-manageable category—three-bedroom rowhomes in move-in condition—had an average sales price of over $350,000.
This project is the latest collaboration between developer Bear & Co and Coldwell Banker Preferred’s Holly Mack-Ward. Bear & Co is an experienced builder with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and sophisticated finishes. Holly Mack-Ward, a Cedar Park resident who has sold more than 200 neighborhood homes since 2004 and has a citywide sales tally of over $300M, is managing sales and marketing for the development.
